Payment privacy notice
When you submit a CIBC 1stPay payment proof, Solved Mobile Shop collects your name, phone number, payment amount, CIBC transaction reference, purchase or repair details (if supplied), and the receipt file you upload.
We use these details to review your payment, contact you about it, and keep our shop's payment records. The website stores submission data in Cloudflare D1 and receipt files in a private R2 bucket. Authorized staff can access submitted receipts. You can check the payment status using your confirmation code and phone number.
Do not submit your banking password, PIN, card CVV, one-time password or full card details. This site does not directly process card payments.
Data removal and retention requests should be made directly to Solved Mobile Shop. A specific retention period has not yet been established; the shop must set one before production use.
This notice should be reviewed and approved by the business before public launch.
